Important Notice

As we enter Level 2, the Morra Hall is open for hire and use by the community.

The hall committee wish all on Waiheke and in New Zealand to remain well and safe. We will take all the recommended precautions at this time to ensure users of the hall remain safe and well under Level 2 operation.

Morra Hall exists to offer a community space for the benefit of all Waiheke. Like many community spaces the Morra Hall needs your support – now more than ever.

Please do consider offering any support you can, either by joining as a member, or offering a donation. Our income has been drastically reduced these past months and this year we will struggle to pay for insurance and other costs.

Getting Involved

Welcome to Morra Hall

Welcome to the website for The Morra Hall, a Community Hall in the heart of Waiheke.

We have a great range of regular events and classes in the Main Hall and Meeting Room, including: Table Tennis, Yoga, Fitness Classes, Buddhist meetings, Health group meetings and more.

MORRA stands for Matiatia and Oneroa Ratepayers And Residents Association.

In this website you make booking enquiries for the hall, and, you can view our calendar to see what is happening when.

Can you help us with bookings?

The MORRA Hall relies on the great work and time offered by volunteers to run the hall. We currently have a wonderfully friendly small team. We do require TWO PEOPLE TO HELP WITH BOOKINGS – the more help we have the more the work is shared 🙂 Training, of course, will be given.

Can you help us? Please send us an email to info@morrahall.co.nz or call Neal Ghoshal on 021 80 7867.
